Depends on how much patience you have :)
If you have all the tools and some old pocket watches, it's not very
difficult. There's a lot of tiny details, but if you have a steady hand
and patience, you won't have any problems :)

The pocket watches are getting difficult to find though. And they are
expensive too, even if they don't work since there's a big demand for them.
